Our anchorage off the coast of the ancient city of Epidaurus turned out to be an adventurer’s dream. We nestled Bedouin into a quiet anchorage with a view of a Roman theater off our port side and an ancient sunken city off our starboard. There were sea caves to explore along its coastline and a few turtles to entertain us…this anchorage had so much going on we stayed for a week.
Seven days of dazzled senses. The surrounding orchards bursting with color perfumed our evenings with the fragrant smells of ripening citrus and birds serenaded our sunset walks into town. It was both bounty and blessing.
